As well as my experience helping individuals and families return to
Canada , I am a Canadian Business Professor, career advisor for new
immigrant professionals, former expatriate, and parent of children who
have lived overseas - and one who was born there.
And I have done the journey of returning home to Canada...twice.
I was born and raised in the Toronto area, I was educated at The University
of Western Ontario, taught and managed for 6-1/2 years in Dubai, traveled
widely around the world, and currently live in British Columbia. Having

and goals in Canada. This is a wide ranging discussion that can include
any entrepreneurial interests or even further expatriate options.
- Completion of a "Success Orientations" assessment, which
will help you understand your "best fit" opportunities in
the Canadian job market. This is a uniquely insightful resource that
has helped hundreds of people focus their career interests. It was
created by me to help international professionals find the right job
for themselves.
- Research into industry, geographic, and sector opportunities around
the time frame of your arrival. An emailed report summarizing these
opportunities.
- A 30 minute telephone or Skype consultation immediately before or
after you arrive back in Canada, helping you establish an action plan
for your job search based on the situation you are in at that moment.
